In-world god tool to change region name does not work.

To be fair, I didn't think it would.

2021-07-05 21:53:34 onefang: Lots of the admin tools in the viewer wont work, coz OpenSim never bothered to implement them.  This is just one of them.

My plan is to have more web based management stuff.
